This was basically our very first class with her. I’m really really excited to go to this class after we first met at Dewan Budiman together with other students from Special Education and Sports Recreation. Even though she only gives a brief talk about this course at that time, I knew I would enjoy this three-hours class.
The foremost thing is Gmail. To begin, I not even once think how I compose email matters. Prior to this, I never realized that we could create a signature in this application and the significance of having it. Preceding, I doubtlessly composed it and always end it with a simple thanks. It was essentially very crucial to know about it because if you get hold of your lecturers or professors by email, be aware that they may or may not reply to it due to their expectation of it has to be properly formatted according to the professional style guidelines. It then reflects me as the Generation Z, we should familiarize ourselves with those kinds of things and I am really looking forward in exploring things that Gmail has to offer.
These days, Gmail account also could be seen as a thing that everyone must have it. With only one account, we could access to heaps of uses, for example, YouTube, Google Translate and Google Maps without the needs of having multiple accounts. Therefore, we are asked to create an account for Dropbox and Google Drive (functioning as files storage services that sync files between a folder on your device and the cloud). The truth is, I am not really fond of Dropbox as my sister did not encourage me to use it. Thus, I preferably choose Google Drive more. |
Overall, the class was very fun and informative. I hope I can find out more about programs or software that are beneficial particularly for education purpose throughout this course.
That's all I've got for now. All the love. – A.
